Lola Bidco AS, associated with board member Ashkan Senobari, has increased its stake in Lumi Gruppen AS by purchasing 105,000 shares at NOK 14.50 each, bringing its total ownership to approximately 18.17% of the company’s share capital. Along with its affiliate, Hanover Active Equity Fund III SCA SICAV-RIAF, they now control 53.50% of Lumi Gruppen’s share capital. This move highlights a significant consolidation of ownership in the Norwegian education provider.
