With over 14 years in asset management, Satoren is already the company’s Chief Accounting Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer. His salary is covered under an administration agreement with BC Partners Management LLC, ensuring his compensation aligns with the costs and services provided to the company. This leadership change follows Jason T. Roos’ amicable resignation and his move to an advisory role within BC Partners Advisors LP.
