LKQ Corporation is making strategic changes to its financial leadership team effective May 1, 2024, promoting Todd Cunningham to Vice President, Finance and Controller, and principal accounting officer. Cunningham, with a robust background in finance and auditing, including prior roles within LKQ and experience with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, will succeed Michael Clark, who will take on a new position as Senior Vice President, Policy and Administration.
