Lixiang Education Holding Co., a leading Chinese education service provider, has been notified by Nasdaq of non-compliance with the Minimum Market Value requirement for continued listing, with a market value below the required US$5 million. The company has 180 days, until February 25, 2025, to remedy the situation and avoid delisting. This notice does not affect current trading of the company’s securities on the Nasdaq Global Market.
