Litigation Capital Management Ltd has reported a share buyback executed by Canaccord Genuity Limited, with a total of 4,294 ordinary shares purchased at prices ranging from 115.00 pence to 118.50 pence per share. The buyback is part of a previously announced program aimed at repurchasing shares on the London Stock Exchange, consequently reducing the number of shares in circulation and possibly impacting shareholder value. The company’s total issued share capital now stands at 116,911,938 ordinary shares, with Canaccord holding approximately 1.957% of it.
