Lilium Schedules Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting

Lilium (LILM) has released an update.

Lilium N.V. has announced an extraordinary general meeting for shareholders set for September 18, 2024, with an option for electronic proxy voting and a live audio webcast. Shareholders can access meeting documents online or request paper copies and must register by September 17 to attend or vote. The Board endorses voting in favor of all agenda items, with in-person attendees also having the ability to ask questions.
