As of December 31, 2023, employees acquired all 230,945,000 outstanding shares at HKD1.35 per share, held by the 2019 Scheme Trustee, with payment pending. The ownership of the shares has been transferred to the employees, who are now obliged to complete the purchase within the scheme’s remaining duration.
