Legible Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its increased $2 million private placement offering, raising $1,103,262 through the sale of Convertible Debenture Units. These units, consisting of a convertible debenture and share purchase warrants, offer investors the opportunity to convert to common shares at $0.09 per share and buy additional shares at $0.10 for two years. The company’s CEO expressed excitement over the strong investor interest and the positive impact this will have on Legible’s strategic initiatives.
