Litigation Capital Management (GB:LIT) has released an update.
Litigation Capital Management Ltd (LCM) has reported that Canaccord Genuity Limited conducted a repurchase of 9,200 of LCM’s ordinary shares at a uniform price of 111 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange as part of an ongoing Share Buyback Programme. Post-purchase, LCM’s total issued share capital stands at 116,965,759 ordinary shares, with Canaccord holding about 1.911% of this total. Shareholders can use this information to assess their notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
