Litigation Capital Management Ltd (LCM) has engaged Canaccord Genuity Limited to execute a share buyback program, with 20,000 shares repurchased on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 109 pence each. This transaction reduces the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 116,974,959. LCM and Canaccord will continue to provide updates on subsequent purchases under this program.
