Mark Landau, director of L1 Long Short Fund Ltd., has increased his indirect holdings in the company through an on-market purchase of 14,181 ordinary shares valued at $42,195.57. Following the transaction, his associated entities now control a total of 26,740,606 ordinary shares, with a significant portion voluntarily held in escrow until 2028. The transaction reflects a continuing commitment by the director to the fund’s performance and future.
