L1 Long Short Fund Ltd. (AU:LSF) has released an update.
L1 Long Short Fund Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Raphael Lamm, who acquired 37,817 ordinary shares on-market for a total consideration of $111,212.33. Following the transaction, Lamm’s direct and indirect holdings in the company total over 21.5 million shares, a portion of which are under voluntary escrow until April 2028. The disclosure, made in compliance with ASX listing rules, reflects Lamm’s continued investment in the fund.
