Gary Millerchip, the CFO of The Kroger Co., is stepping down to join another company, with Todd Foley taking over as interim CFO from February 5, 2024. Foley, with a robust history at Kroger including leadership roles and experience as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers, steps into the role after serving as the Group Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer since 2021. Kroger will announce a permanent CFO successor at a future date.
