On March 28, 2024, the Board of Directors expanded from eight to nine members and elected the highly experienced Brigadier General (Ret.) Bobbi “Flash” Doorenbos as a new director. With nearly 25 years of military service, including leadership roles at the White House and Air Force, General Doorenbos brings a wealth of diverse expertise to the table. She has a strong financial background with a B.B.A. in Finance and an Executive MBA, as well as extensive board experience in various organizations. Her director compensation aligns with that of her peers, and she will be entering into a standard indemnification agreement with the company.
