Kootenay Silver (TSE:KTN) has released an update.
Kootenay Silver Inc. has successfully completed a ‘best efforts’ brokered public offering, raising C$10.35 million through the sale of over 9 million units at C$1.12 each. The offering’s proceeds will bolster the development of the Columba Silver Project in Mexico and support general corporate functions. Each unit sold comprises one common share and a half-warrant, where a full warrant allows the purchase of an additional common share at C$1.68 until April 2026.
