Kimberly Clark (KMB) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Jeffrey Melucci was elected by the Corporation’s Board of Directors as the Chief Business and Transformation Officer, effective immediately, after previously serving as Chief Business Development and Legal Officer. Concurrently, Grant McGee was elected as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, with an effective date of February 1, 2024, and will report to Mr. Melucci.
