Killam Apartment REIT has declared a monthly distribution for April 2024, amounting to $0.05833 per unit, payable on May 15 to holders recorded by April 30. The REIT also promotes its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), allowing unitholders to reinvest distributions for an additional 3% in units. As one of Canada’s largest residential REITs, Killam focuses on earnings growth, portfolio expansion, and high-quality property development.
