Keppel Infrastructure Trust (SG:A7RU) has released an update.
Keppel Infrastructure Trust has dispatched a circular to its unitholders, calling for an extraordinary general meeting to approve an equity fund raising linked to the acquisition of Ventura Bus Lines. The acquisition, which is considered to be in the ordinary course of business, did not initially require unitholder approval as it fell below the 20% threshold. However, the Trustee-Manager highlighted a revised relative figure of 19.5% after accounting for additional financial considerations, which remains just under the approval requirement.
