Kavango Resources PLC, a Southern Africa-focused metals exploration company, has announced an ambitious £3.08 million fundraising initiative through the issuance of over 257 million new shares at 1.2 pence each. The bookbuild, supported by Purebond Limited and coordinated by First Equity Limited, aims to fuel the company’s exploration activities in Zimbabwe and Botswana, including significant drilling campaigns at the Hillside Gold Project and the Karakubis Copper Project in the Kalahari Copper Belt.
