Kanzhun Limited has disclosed changes in its issued share capital, including the issuance of Class A ordinary shares under a share award scheme and the repurchase of American depository shares. The transactions, carried out between March 7 and March 27, 2024, involved exercises of share options by eligible participants and the vesting of restricted share units, resulting in a closing balance of 746,884,769 Class A Ordinary Shares. Conversion rates and detailed compliance confirmations were also provided to adhere to listing rules and legal requirements.
