His resignation, due to personal reasons and a desire to focus on family, comes after over three years of service, where he contributed significantly as Chairman of the Audit Committee and part of the Compensation Committee. The company acknowledges that his departure is amicable, with no disagreements over its operations, and expresses gratitude for his valuable insights and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
