JKS Resources, Inc. (TSE:JKS) has released an update.
JKS Resources Inc. has successfully completed a significant $15 million private financing round to advance its Yukon Metals Properties project, which includes a diverse portfolio of base and precious metals. The company, which will soon be renamed Yukon Metals Corp., is backed by a new board of directors and an investor base that contributed to the funding with minimal brokerage fees. This funding is set to propel the exploration and development of their 18,000-hectare land package in Yukon.
