Jervois Global Limited has amended the exercise prices of outstanding stock options following a shareholder-approved entitlement issue, ensuring equitable treatment for option holders as per ASX rules. The adjustments, which also affect Director and Insider options, come after the company’s non-renounceable entitlement issue closed on 18 July 2023. This move is in compliance with the Australian Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange regulations and was confirmed at Jervois’ recent AGM.
