Suzanne Stefany has chosen not to seek reelection to the board of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. at the end of her term during the 2024 Annual Meeting, without any disagreements with the company. Meanwhile, the board has appointed Antonella B. Franzen as a new director, effective March 1, 2024, with her compensation aligned with the company’s policies. The board will revert to ten members following Stefany’s departure, and there are no disclosed conflicts of interest or family relationships involving Franzen. The company publicly announced these board changes and Franzen’s appointment in a recent press release.
