Jason Marine Group Limited has promoted Derrick Chan Kwok Yuan to Chief Financial Officer, effective from April 1, 2024, after evaluating his past performance and contributions. Additionally, the company has updated the job titles of two key management personnel, Shaun Teo Koon Sing and Keith Lim Chee Keong, to include ‘Managing Director’ to better reflect their current roles, with changes also effective from April 1, 2024.
