Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited reported in their semi-annual block listing return that no new shares were issued or allotted under either the 2005 Plan or the LTIP from 25th September 2023 to 24th March 2024. The balances of unallotted securities remained unchanged at 1,370,892 shares for the 2005 Plan and 1,636,243 shares for the LTIP, indicating no increase in the block schemes during the period.
