Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 7,500 of its own ordinary shares on April 29th, 2024. The shares were bought back at prices ranging from US$38.19 to US$38.39, with an average cost of US$38.2695 per share. Following the repurchase, the company’s total issued share capital remains at 287,147,307 ordinary shares with no treasury shares held.
