Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has reported the repurchase of 87,100 of its ordinary shares on April 15, 2024, with prices ranging from US$36.1 to US$36.41 per share and an average purchase price of US$36.2875. Following the repurchase, these shares will be cancelled, thereby reducing the total number of issued shares with voting rights to 287,847,907. The company confirms there are no shares held in treasury, and the updated share count will be used by shareholders to assess changes in ownership stakes.
