Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has announced a repurchase of 55,300 of its ordinary shares on April 3, 2024, with prices ranging between US$36.42 and US$36.91 per share, leading to a weighted average purchase price of US$36.7288. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, and following the transaction, JMH’s issued share capital comprises 288,168,907 ordinary shares with voting rights, as the company holds no treasury shares.
