Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (JMH) has completed a share repurchase on March 28, 2024, buying back 239,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from US$37.21 to US$37.32, with the intention of canceling them. This move leaves JMH with an issued share capital of 288,258,407 ordinary shares with one vote each. Shareholders can use this total number of voting rights to gauge their notification requirements for changes in shareholding interests as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
