Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced a repurchase of 34,200 of its own shares on April 30th, 2024, with the highest price paid per share at US$38.5 and the lowest at US$38.37. Following the buyback, the company will cancel the repurchased shares, maintaining its issued share capital at 287,113,107 ordinary shares with voting rights. This move may influence shareholders’ notifications of interest changes as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
