Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 2,400 of its own ordinary shares on April 24, 2024. The shares were bought back at prices ranging between US$38.09 and US$38.1, with a weighted average of US$38.0979 per share. Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital stands at 287,185,607 ordinary shares, all with voting rights.
