Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (JMH) has announced the repurchase of 43,300 of its ordinary shares on March 25, 2024, with the highest price paid per share at US$37.2475 and the lowest at US$37.2463, resulting in a weighted average purchase price of US$37.247. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, and as of the announcement date, JMH’s issued share capital stands at 288,597,707 ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held.
