Ivanhoe Electric Inc. has announced the application of Computational Geosciences Inc.’s advanced machine learning software to enhance data processing at the Tintic Copper-Gold-Silver Project in Utah. The company, which owns a significant stake in CGI, is leveraging the software’s improved algorithms to quickly generate better geophysical inversion models, leading to more precise drilling targets. This technology is already being deployed in the company’s projects in the U.S. and in a joint venture in Saudi Arabia.
