ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 683,081 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 77.34 pence per share, as part of the programme announced on March 7, 2024. The shares will be held in treasury, and after this transaction, ITV’s total number of voting rights stands at 4,006,642,564. Since the start of the buyback initiative, the company has acquired 45,766,630 shares at an average price of 71.38 pence each.
