ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 695,724 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 69.95 to 70.65 pence per share, with the average price standing at 70.25 pence. These shares will be held in treasury, with the total voting rights in the company now equaling 4,013,620,660. Since the start of the buyback programme in March 2024, ITV has acquired nearly 38.8 million shares at an average price of 71.38 pence each.
