ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has announced a change in their board as Dawn Allen, who currently serves as a Non-executive Director, is set to become the Chief Financial Officer of Haleon plc starting November 1, 2024. Allen’s appointment follows her departure from her previous role as CFO of Tate & Lyle plc. This move is in compliance with the Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2).
