ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 865,632 of its own shares at prices ranging between 70.45 to 70.90 pence, with the intention of holding these in treasury. After this latest transaction, ITV holds over 41 million treasury shares, affecting the total voting rights which now stand at 4,011,165,684. Overall, since the start of the buyback program, ITV has repurchased shares at an average price of 71.31 pence each.
