ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has announced the purchase of 17,739 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 70.62 pence per share, as part of its share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 38,092,810. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is now 4,014,316,384, which sets the voting rights denominator for shareholders.
