ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully bought back 2,180,495 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 68.99 pence, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024. The shares, purchased from Morgan Stanley on the London Stock Exchange, will be held in treasury, bringing the total treasury-held shares to 34,353,365. This buyback reflects ITV’s commitment to managing its capital and promises to adjust the total number of voting rights in the company to 4,018,055,829.
