ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 391,408 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 70.35 to 71.50 pence per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 70.91 pence. The shares acquired on April 22, 2024, will be held in treasury, contributing to a total of 38,075,071 treasury shares and leaving the total number of voting rights in the company at 4,014,334,123. The move is part of a broader buyback initiative announced earlier in March 2024.
