ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has effectively repurchased 1,268,220 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 69.09 pence per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024, and authorized by shareholders. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares available on the market and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares. The total number of shares in issue now stands at 4,014,725,531, excluding those held in treasury.
