ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has announced the buyback of 2,062,078 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 68.96 pence each, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated on March 7, 2024. The shares were acquired from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc and will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 36,415,443. The company’s total voting rights now stand at 4,015,993,751 shares.
