ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 1,589,344 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 69.80 to 70.60 pence, with the volume-weighted average price at 70.14 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, and after the transaction, the total voting rights in the company will be 4,012,031,316. Since the beginning of the buyback programme in March 2024, ITV has repurchased over 40 million shares.
