ITM Power PLC has announced a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange for 3,350,797 new ordinary shares to facilitate the exercise of share options and vested awards under its 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan and 2023 Deferred Bonus Plan. The new shares will be admitted to AIM and will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares once issued, with the expected effective date being 30 August 2024.
