Itau Unibanco Banco Holding (ITUB) has released an update.
Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. has announced the appointment of Pedro Moreira Salles and Roberto Egydio Setubal as Co-chairmen, with Ricardo Villela Marino as Vice Chairman. The bank has also confirmed the reelection of Milton Maluhy Filho as Chief Executive Officer, among others, for an annual term ending with the 2025 Annual General Stockholders’ Meeting. The Board of Officers has been set at 33 members, ensuring continuity and executive oversight for the upcoming fiscal year.
