Mr. Hansen acquired 166,667 ordinary shares and the same number of options exercisable at $0.06, through participation in a Rights Offer, valued altogether at $10,000.02. Following the transaction, his total holdings include over 11 million ordinary shares and 400,000 unlisted options.
