Irsa Inversiones Y Representaciones (IRS) has released an update.
IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A., an Argentine company listed on both NYSE and BYMA, has recently announced a significant acquisition of its own common shares. According to the April 17, 2024 trade, the company has repurchased 405,000 shares at a price of ARS 993.4280 per share, totaling an amount of ARS 402,338,355.85. This latest transaction represents a substantial portion, approximately 89.57%, of the shares IRSA had approved to buy back under its repurchase program.
