IRC Limited announced that all resolutions proposed at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 26, 2024, were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders, with each receiving at least 99.995% of the votes in favor. The AGM saw the re-appointment of RSM Hong Kong as auditor, authorization for the Board to fix director remuneration, and general mandates for share repurchase and issuance. The meeting was conducted with full compliance to the rules and saw both in-person and electronic attendance by the directors.
