IP Group plc (GB:IPO) has released an update.
IP Group plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has recently bought back 65,868 of its own shares as part of an ongoing share buyback program announced in December 2023. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 46.25 to 47.70 pence, with the company planning to hold these repurchased shares in treasury. After this transaction, IP Group’s total number of shares with voting rights stands at 1,027,699,013.
